Shipping Policy
We want to make your shopping experience as simple as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Please make sure you enter your shipping address correctly as once it has been received, and your product is dispatched we cannot alter the address, and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate for us to resend.
Please note that we endeavour to ship your goods within 24 hours of receiving your order. We do not ship on weekends or on public holidays, so any orders placed on a Friday afternoon/Saturday/Sunday will go out early the following week.
Once your items have been shipped, they become your property and responsibility. If a product arrives damaged, or is misplaced, it is your responsibility to liaise with New Zealand Post or the shipping agent responsible. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. We will however provide you with all the necessary information to make your claim.
Shipping to New Zealand
FREE SHIPPING on all NZ orders over $500. To qualify for free shipping you must spend $500 or more in a single transaction after discounts are applied.
Orders under $500 are charged at a flat rate of $10.00.
Rural addresses should tick the option of Rural delivery and will be charged at a flat rate $12.95.
For New Zealand, please allow at least 2-5 working days for delivery on stocked items.

Click and Collect
Once your order has been processed, you'll receive confirmation letting you know that it's ready to pick up. Click the link in your confirmation email to schedule a pick up time. Please bring your confirmation email and ID.
